Why organizations stay

Three reasons clients don't go shopping again.

Most training companies teach the class and disappear. The part our clients talk about is what happens in the twenty-four months afterward.

Compliance

We watch the expiry clock

Cards last two years, and the risk isn't the class, it's the card that lapsed while everyone was busy. We track expirations for the people we train and email you before they run out, with a link to book the next session.

Your portal

Approve and rebook online

Every client gets their own portal: approve a quote without phone tag, see past classes and rosters, pull invoices, and request your next training in a couple of clicks.

Our people

Taught by EMS professionals

Our instructors are working EMS professionals with real field experience. That is the difference between someone reciting a curriculum and someone who has actually run the call. They're on staff, not booked off a group text, and every credential is current and tracked. Our office team is full-time too: when you call, someone who knows your account picks up.

How the reminders actually work

From the day we issue a card, it's on a schedule. You get a heads-up well before renewal season, then progressively closer to the date, so booking the next class is a decision, never a scramble.

Questions we get asked

Before you ask us.

How fast will I get a quote?
Within minutes of submitting the form. It's generated and sent automatically, not queued for someone to get to. It's a real, itemized, written quote with a link to approve it, not a "someone will be in touch." If it hasn't arrived in ten minutes, check your spam folder, then call us.
How far do you travel?
Throughout New Hampshire and into the surrounding New England states, out-of-state sites included. Travel is built into the quote we email you and charged once for the day, not per class, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Can you do several sessions in one day?
Yes, and it's usually the cheaper way to train a large group. We run back-to-back sessions so you can push shifts through without shutting the place down. Tell us your headcount and we'll lay out the day.
Can you just do the skills check for staff who took the course online?
Often, yes. Ask us on the quote form. If your people have finished the HeartCode® online portion, they still need a hands-on skills session with an instructor, and we'll look at bringing one to you. We also run scheduled skills sessions at our training locations, which is usually the quickest route for one or two people.
How many people can you train at once?
There's no fixed cap. We size the instructor team and the equipment to your group, so headcount isn't what limits you. The calendar usually is. Tell us how many and we'll build the day around it.
What's the smallest group you'll come out for?
There's no minimum headcount. Below a certain size the quote reflects a minimum class fee rather than a straight per-person price, so a small group is never turned away. It just prices differently.
Can we just send people to your public classes instead?
Yes, and a lot of clients do both. We can set up a corporate voucher for your organization: your staff enroll themselves in any of our scheduled classes, at any of our locations, and we invoice you afterward instead of asking anyone to put it on a card. It's the easy answer when you have one or two people coming due at a time, or shift schedules that will never line up on a single on-site date. Ask us to open one and we'll take it from there.
Is it all in person, or is part of it online?
Our on-site classes are taught in person, start to finish, at your location. If you'd rather your staff do the online portion first and have us come out for the hands-on skills session, say so on the form and we'll usually arrange it.
Do renewals cost less than first-time certifications?
No. Renewals and first-time certifications are priced the same, and they can sit in the same class. You don't have to sort your roster or book two separate sessions.
Do you invoice, or do we have to pay by card?
We invoice. Purchase orders and net terms are normal for us. Most of our municipal, hospital and school clients buy that way. Invoices are in your portal too.
When do people get their cards?
American Heart Association® eCards are issued after class and emailed to each participant. They're valid for two years, and we track those dates so you don't have to.
What if someone doesn't show up?
It happens. Tell us as early as you can and we'll work with you. We'd rather move a seat than waste it.
Can you train evenings or weekends?
Yes. Evening and weekend sessions are a normal part of our schedule. Plenty of clients would rather stay late one evening than give up a Saturday, and we run both. Put your preferred date and time on the form and we'll quote it.
Do you need a W-9 or a certificate of insurance?
We have both ready and can send them with the quote. Just ask.

Question we didn't answer? Put it in the message box and it comes to us with your quote request.

Tell us about your group.

We'll email you an itemized quote within minutes, with a link to approve it online. No obligation. It's the fastest way to get a number from us. We'd have to ask you these same questions on the phone anyway.

The form opens with "I would like a quote for a class at my location" already selected. Tell us the course, how many people, and where you are, and we'll do the rest.
