CMC Orientation Process

Once instructed to do so, please visit this link and use the following information.

1. School, Other: NHCPR
2. CMC Contact Name: Kevin Drew
3. First Day of Clinical: The date you complete the form
4. Last day of clinical: 30 days after your final
5. School Address: 9 Cedarwood Drive, Bedford, NH 03110
6. COVID immunization dates, to include booster
7. A picture of your COVID immunization card

Once you have completed the orientation and have been cleared by CMC, you will receive an email. This could take up to 10 business days.
You must bring the email clearing you to your clinical shift and show it to your preceptor.
